Singapore Delivery

We aim to provide an efficient delivery service for all our customers. Please read the following information before placing your orders.

Delivery Timing

1. 3 Working Hours Express Service
   A $15 fee will be charged
   Surcharge shall be waived if we fail to deliver within the 3 hours time limit
2. Exceptions
   The following items requires 2 days advanced notice
   Cakes, Plants
3. Delivery to Sentosa, All Army camps, All PSA ports, Jurong Island, All Airports, and Airport Cargo complexes.
   There will be an additonal $15 surcharge
4. Re-delivery due to wrong address or non-availability of recipient
   A $18 surcharge will be added for re-delivery
5. For deliveries on New Year, Chinese New Year Eve, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day & Christmas
   Please place your orders at least 2 days in advance

International Delivery

At princess, we specialize in Internation Deliveries.

For overseas orders (products send to countries outside Singapore)
Please order well in advance

For overseas delivery of plants and flowers (except Orchid Boxes)
At least 48 hrs in advance

For Orchid Gift Box
At least 1 week in advance
